Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams and product areas
Create and maintain program plans, dependency maps, and risk registers for large-scale initiatives
Facilitate cross-team coordination, resolving technical blockers and resource conflicts
Establish program health metrics, status dashboards, and escalation frameworks
Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, and milestone planning sessions
Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering with a transition to program management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and distributed architectures
Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders
Experience with program management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Nice to Have
PMP or PgMP certification
Experience with cloud migration or platform re-architecture programs
Background in DevOps or SRE practices
