Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with product goals
Work daily with Scrum teams during sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered features against business requirements and user expectations
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, support teams, and analytics to inform backlog priorities
Coordinate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for upcoming features
Track sprint velocity, release burndowns, and feature adoption metrics to optimize delivery efficiency
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in SaaS product development
Strong understanding of Scrum framework with hands-on experience managing product backlogs
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience with backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Linear)
Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Nice to Have
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
Domain knowledge in CRM, ERP, or workflow automation
