Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
Create detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and data models for engineering teams
Conduct gap analysis between current-state and desired-state processes to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decisions and product prioritization
Support UAT planning and execution, documenting defects and verifying resolution
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development or IT consulting
Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, observation)
Experience creating process models using BPMN, UML, or similar notation standards
Proficiency in data analysis with SQL and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear, unambiguous specifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Nice to Have
CBAP or CCBA certification
Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API design
Domain knowledge in CRM or ERP systems
