Responsibilities
Lead requirements analysis for complex enterprise projects involving regulatory compliance and data governance
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and design thinking sessions to uncover latent business needs
Create comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models for strategic initiatives
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track the business impact of delivered solutions
Mentor junior business analysts and establish BA best practices and documentation standards
Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape the European product roadmap
Requirements
6+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years in fintech, banking, or regulated industries
Strong understanding of GDPR, PSD2, and European regulatory frameworks relevant to software products
Advanced data analysis skills with SQL, Python, or R for quantitative business analysis
Experience leading business analysis on large-scale transformation or platform migration projects
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present business cases to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Nice to Have
CBAP certification or MBA
Experience with Open Banking APIs and payment processing systems
Fluency in a second European language
