Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy for AI/ML-powered features across APPIT's product suite
Partner with AI research and engineering teams to translate machine learning capabilities into user-facing products
Conduct competitive intelligence on AI product trends, LLM capabilities, and emerging technologies
Establish success metrics and KPIs for AI features, monitoring adoption, accuracy, and business impact
Lead cross-functional launches for AI products, coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer success
Build and evangelize the AI product vision to C-suite stakeholders, investors, and external audiences
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products
Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, NLP, and practical AI applications
Track record of shipping AI-powered products at scale with measurable business outcomes
Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and experimentation frameworks
Experience managing complex technical products with cross-functional dependencies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
Nice to Have
Master's or PhD in a technical discipline
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks
Published thought leadership on AI product strategy
