Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8-12 software engineers
  • Drive engineering execution and delivery of product roadmap
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
  • Establish and improve engineering processes and standards
  • Collaborate with product and design on feature prioritization
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent

Requirements

  • 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ in management
  • Experience managing teams of 6+ engineers
  • Strong technical background in web technologies
  • Track record of delivering complex software projects
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent people management and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth startups
  • Knowledge of engineering metrics and OKRs
  • Experience with remote team management
