Design

Responsibilities

Design and produce motion graphics, UI animations, and micro-interactions for web and mobile products
Create Lottie animations and collaborate with developers on implementation using Framer Motion and CSS animations
Develop motion design guidelines and animation principles for the product design system
Produce marketing and social media motion content including product demos and explainer videos
Prototype interactive animations to communicate complex interaction concepts to stakeholders
Optimize animation performance for web delivery ensuring smooth playback across devices

Requirements

3-5 years of professional motion design experience with a strong portfolio
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Bodymovin/Lottie workflow
Strong understanding of animation principles (easing, timing, spatial relationships, choreography)
Experience creating UI animations and micro-interactions for digital products
Knowledge of animation implementation constraints in web and mobile environments
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across design, engineering, and marketing teams

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
Familiarity with Rive or SVG animation
Knowledge of CSS animations and Framer Motion
