Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design for key product initiatives from discovery through delivery
Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex workflows
Conduct and synthesize user research including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
Develop and evangelize UX best practices, standards, and design principles across the organization
Mentor junior and mid-level designers through design critiques and one-on-one coaching
Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and prioritize design efforts
Requirements
6+ years of UX design experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Deep expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design
Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools
Experience designing complex enterprise SaaS or B2B applications
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with design ops and scaling design processes
Background in cognitive psychology or human-computer interaction
