Responsibilities
Architect and maintain a comprehensive design system including tokens, components, patterns, and documentation
Define design system governance, contribution guidelines, and versioning strategies
Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless design-to-code parity using Figma and Storybook
Conduct audits of existing products to identify inconsistencies and drive adoption of the design system
Lead a cross-functional working group of designers and developers to evolve the system
Measure and report on design system adoption, efficiency gains, and quality improvements
Requirements
7+ years of design experience with at least 3 years focused on design systems
Expert knowledge of design tokens, component architecture, and atomic design methodology
Deep proficiency in Figma including variables, component properties, and library management
