Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy for APPIT's enterprise SaaS products (FlowSense, Vidhaana, TrackNexus, Workisy), defining vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans aligned with $10M+ ARR targets
Lead a cross-functional product organization of 10+ product managers, designers, and analysts, establishing OKR frameworks, product discovery practices, and data-driven decision-making processes
Drive product-led growth initiatives including self-serve onboarding, usage analytics, in-app engagement, and expansion revenue strategies that improve net dollar retention to 130%+
Conduct deep market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research to identify whitespace opportunities and inform build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to balance technical debt reduction, platform investments, and feature delivery within quarterly planning cycles
Represent the product organization to enterprise customers, investors, and industry analysts, articulating product differentiation and long-term vision with credibility

Requirements

12+ years of experience in product management with at least 4 years in Director or VP of Product roles at B2B SaaS companies
Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on architecture decisions, API design, data models, and system integration patterns
Proven track record of managing products with $5M+ ARR, demonstrating measurable impact on revenue growth, retention, and market expansion
Deep expertise in product-led growth, usage analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and customer journey optimization for enterprise SaaS
Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams and navigating the complexities of multi-time-zone product development
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives, board members, and enterprise customers

Nice to Have

Experience in CRM, workflow automation, or enterprise analytics product domains
MBA from a top-tier business school combined with a technical undergraduate degree
Prior startup experience with demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
