Responsibilities
Lead strategic technical programs that span engineering, infrastructure, and product organizations globally
Define program governance frameworks, milestone criteria, and quality gates for complex multi-quarter initiatives
Drive architectural decisions and technical trade-off discussions across distributed engineering teams
Build and maintain executive-facing program dashboards with clear risk and opportunity narratives
Mentor junior TPMs and establish best practices for technical program management across the organization
Partner with VP-level stakeholders to align program priorities with company OKRs and strategic goals
Requirements
8+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software or cloud platforms
Deep technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure at scale
Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs (12+ months, 5+ teams) on time and within scope
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing programs with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS platform migrations or large-scale re-platforming initiatives
PgMP or SAFe Program Consultant certification
Background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
