Responsibilities
Design, test, and iterate on prompt templates for diverse enterprise AI use cases
Develop systematic prompt evaluation frameworks with automated quality metrics
Create prompt libraries and style guides for consistent AI behavior across products
Implement chain-of-thought, few-shot, and structured output prompting strategies
Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into effective prompts
Research and apply emerging prompt engineering techniques and best practices
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with prompt engineering focus
Deep understanding of LLM behavior, capabilities, and failure modes
Experience with advanced prompting techniques (CoT, ReAct, self-consistency, tree-of-thought)
Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing prompt performance
Excellent written communication and ability to craft precise instructions
Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and their specific prompting patterns
Nice to Have
Experience with prompt injection defense and safety measures
Background in linguistics or cognitive science
