Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights
Build predictive models for customer behavior, churn, and revenue forecasting
Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact
Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholder reporting
Develop feature engineering pipelines and maintain data quality standards
Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize analytical models

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis
Strong proficiency in Python, pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
Experience with statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale databases
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI)
Strong communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

Experience with time-series forecasting and anomaly detection
Knowledge of Bayesian statistics and causal inference
Familiarity with LLM-based data analysis workflows
