Responsibilities
Design and develop LLM-powered conversational AI systems for enterprise use cases
Build dialogue management frameworks with context tracking and intent routing
Implement multilingual conversation capabilities for European language support
Integrate conversational AI with voice interfaces and telephony platforms
Develop conversation analytics and quality monitoring dashboards
Create automated testing frameworks for conversation flows and edge cases
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in conversational AI or dialogue systems development
Strong experience with LLM-based chatbot frameworks and orchestration tools
Knowledge of dialogue state tracking, intent classification, and slot filling
Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration
Proficiency in Python and experience with WebSocket or real-time communication protocols
Understanding of GDPR and European data privacy requirements for AI systems
Nice to Have
Experience with voice AI platforms (Twilio, Vonage, or similar)
Knowledge of European languages beyond English
Familiarity with emotion detection and sentiment-aware responses
