Responsibilities

Translate product requirements into AI-powered features and user experiences
Build full-stack AI product features from backend model integration to frontend UX
Design AI-powered recommendation engines and personalization systems
Implement real-time AI features with streaming LLM responses and progressive enhancement
Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive AI interactions and feedback loops
Measure and optimize AI feature adoption, accuracy, and user satisfaction metrics

Requirements

3-5 years of product engineering experience with 1+ years integrating AI/ML features
Strong full-stack development skills (Python backend, TypeScript/React frontend)
Experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-powered user interfaces
Understanding of ML fundamentals sufficient to evaluate model capabilities and limitations
Knowledge of streaming architectures and real-time data processing
Strong product sense and ability to design AI experiences that delight users

Nice to Have

Experience with AI UX patterns and conversational interfaces
Knowledge of EU AI Act requirements for user-facing AI
Background in human-computer interaction
