Responsibilities
Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and planning
Build tool-use frameworks that enable AI agents to interact with APIs, databases, and external services
Develop memory and state management systems for persistent agent conversations
Create agent orchestration pipelines for complex enterprise workflows
Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop controls
Test and evaluate agent reliability, accuracy, and task completion rates
Requirements
3-5 years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in AI agent development
Strong experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
Deep understanding of LLM function calling, tool use, and ReAct patterns
Proficiency in Python with experience building asynchronous systems
Knowledge of graph-based workflows and state machine design patterns
Experience with prompt engineering for reliable agent behavior
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-agent systems and agent-to-agent communication
Knowledge of planning algorithms and cognitive architectures
