Responsibilities

Conduct original research in AI/ML to advance state-of-the-art capabilities
Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, CVPR)
Prototype novel algorithms and architectures for enterprise AI applications
Collaborate with engineering teams to transfer research into production systems
Stay current with academic literature and evaluate emerging techniques
Mentor research interns and contribute to the broader AI research community

Requirements

4+ years of AI research experience with publications in top venues
PhD or equivalent research experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI
Deep expertise in at least one area: LLMs, multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, or representation learning
Strong implementation skills in PyTorch with experience in large-scale experiments
Ability to bridge the gap between research innovation and practical applications
Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills

Nice to Have

H-index or citation count demonstrating research impact
Experience organizing workshops or tutorials at major conferences
Patent portfolio in AI/ML technologies
